Project Manager, “Transform 285-400” Project Office, Georgia Department of Transportation
Marlo is a “P3 Project Manager – Major Projects” for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in the Office of Innovative Delivery. She has over 20 years of experience with GDOT, serving in a variety of positions, including Design Engineer in the offices of Road Design and Urban Design, and Senior Project Manager in the Office of Innovative Delivery.
Marlo has over 10 years of experience in alternative delivery projects, including Design-Build, Design-Build-Finance, and Public-Private Partnerships, in addition to management of FHWA designated Major Projects. She has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Marlo is a Georgia registered Professional Engineer, a certified Design-Build Professional, and a Project Management Professional.
Marlo is an Atlanta native and currently resides in Fairburn, Georgia.
