Under her leadership, Cobb maintained its triple AAA distinction for financial management for 27 years, expanded services and response times for businesses, and improved funding and services for its more vulnerable citizens.

Cupid is a champion for the fair and equitable treatment of all of Cobb’s 800,000 citizens irrespective of geographic, demographic or socioeconomic standing. She is strongly committed to ensuring that ALL are included in Cobb's success. She is committed to being ALL-IN, where the success of Cobb reaches all areas and all people of the county by ensuring the county leads with integrity, makes intelligent decisions, is innovative, inclusive, and invests in its citizens, infrastructure and future.
