A Cobb County native, Jessica Guinn has provided planning and community development expertise to communities throughout the Atlanta region and beyond - including Henry County, College Park, Woodstock, and Dunwoody, to name a few. In 2019, Jessica was appointed Community Development Director in Cobb County, where she leads a team of 125 professionals in providing planning, zoning, economic development, development and inspections, erosion control, business license, and code enforcement services for her home county. Marci is deeply appreciative of the opportunity to serve. While proud of what has been accomplished, she remains focused on the work ahead—strengthening trust in local government and helping shape a stronger, more inclusive Atlanta for generations to come.
