Tom Brown started working for Forsyth County in 1998 and currently serves as the Director of Planning and Community Development. He has a Master of Urban Planning degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Canisius College. Tom has been certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2000. He is a Forsyth County resident and his family are frequent users of the parks, libraries and other amenities offered in the community.
