Jennifer Mihalcoe is an accomplished economic development leader with more than 13 years of experience across economic development, business retention and expansion, workforce development, real estate, and public-sector operations. She currently serves as Economic Development Manager for Forsyth County, Georgia, where she leads strategic initiatives to support business growth, attract investment, and strengthen the county’s long-term economic competitiveness. Her career includes economic development roles in Spotsylvania County, Virginia; Pasco County, Florida; and the Orlando, Florida region, giving her a broad, multijurisdictional perspective.
In her current role, Jennifer serves as a key liaison between county leadership, the Forsyth County Development Authority, municipal partners, educational institutions, and private-sector stakeholders. She manages a diverse portfolio that includes business attraction and retention, incentive development, site and property assistance, and coordination of permitting, zoning, infrastructure, and workforce resources to ensure projects move forward efficiently and responsibly.
