David Clark, P.E. is currently the Director of Public Works for Fulton County, Georgia.  As Director he is responsible for the water and wastewater systems in North Fulton County, the wastewater system in South Fulton County, the Fulton County Executive Airport, roadway, drainage infrastructure and all planning and zoning functions within the unincorporated area of the Fulton Industrial District, Prior to Fulton County, Mr. Clark served 18 years as the Director of Transportation and Public Works for Athens-Clarke County.  In his spare time, he rides his motorcycle a long way.
