A graduate of Rutgers University, Nicole C.E. Dozier is an experienced Director of Development with 20+ years of demonstrated work history in Planning, Zoning and Community development. Skilled in zoning administration, business development, long and short-term planning, and economic development her projects include drafting zoning ordinances, small and large scale development/redevelopment plans, comprehensive plans /updates, business plan/operations development, Municipal planning/operations and grant administration. Mrs. Dozier has a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo and has worked in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Florida and Georgia. She has worked as a Community Development Director for Jacobs in Johns Creek, Tucker and Stonecrest and Union City. Mrs. Dozier is currently the Community and Economic Development Director for the City of Riverdale and Co-Chair of the Aerotropolis Community Development Collective.
