Join the Council for Quality Growth's South Metro Advisory Committee Meeting featuring Nicole Dozier, Community Development Director, City of Riverdale.
A graduate of Rutgers University Nicole C.E. Dozier is an experienced Director of Development with 20 years of demonstrated work history in Planning and Zoning. Skilled in Zoning Administration, Business development, long and short term planning, and economic development. Projects include drafting zoning ordinances, small and large scale development/redevelopment plans, comp plan updates, business plan/operations development and grant administration. Ms. Dozier has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University At Buffalo and has worked in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Florida and Georgia. She has worked as a Community Development Director for Jacobs in Johns Creek, Tucker and Stonecrest and Union City. Mrs. Dozier is currently the Director for the City of Riverdale, married with 2 kids.
