With nearly three decades of distinguished executive leadership, Dr. Natasha S. Hampton has built an extraordinary career in public service since 1997. A visionary strategist and results-driven administrator, she has held pivotal roles including City Manager, Acting City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, and Director of Human Resources across Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio. To date, she has overseen more than $3.5 billion in general, enterprise, and capital funds — leading with innovation, integrity, and impact. She currently serves as City Manager for the City of Riverdale, Georgia.

Widely celebrated for her influence and trailblazing leadership, Dr. Hampton has been recognized as one of South Florida’s 50 Most Powerful and Influential Leaders, one of South Florida’s 25 Most Prominent and Influential Women in Business, and featured in Caribbean Today for “Making a Lasting Impression on the U.S. Business Landscape.” She is also a March of Dimes Woman of Distinction and a League of Women in Government Trailblazer Finalist, consistently bringing forward-thinking management and transformative governance to urban communities.

A Toastmasters award-winning international public speaker, Dr. Hampton has captivated audiences around the world — from Qingdao and Beijing, China, to Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, Polokwane, South Africa, Kenya, East Africa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Canada. In addition to her executive leadership, she serves as a University Professor specializing in Business Management, Leadership Development, Human Resources, and Organizational Behavior.

Dr. Hampton holds a Doctorate in Business and Leadership (Honoris Causa) for her meritorious contributions to local government and leadership. She also earned a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration and is a Credentialed Manager with the International City/County Management Association (ICMA-CM).
